Gardner Conservation Commission approves $250,000 playground improvements and issues environmental permits. The commission voted unanimously to accept a Parks and Conservation Recreation grant for Ovila Case Playground repairs and upgrades, and voted unanimously to issue a Standard Order of Conditions for a building construction project at 827 Green Street by GAAMHA, Inc. through McCarty Engineering, Inc., with conditions including an operations and maintenance plan. The commission also granted partial and full compliance determinations for 30 Foster Court.

Several development projects remain under continued review, including a proposed fuel station and convenience store at 677 Timpany Boulevard.
