GARDNER — Conservation Commission closed enforcement orders at two properties and lifted one as members resolved vegetation-compliance cases. The 36 Nicole Terrace order closed after 35 of 40 replanted trees succeeded, with agreement that no trees would be cut within 30 feet of wetland; the 282 Brookside Drive order was lifted after marker stakes defined the property boundary and shrubbery survived, with North Kenney Land Trust confirming satisfaction. The commission also closed a cease-and-desist hearing for 9 Crawford Street, approving a plan for newly planted shrubbery with confirmation that no further permitting would be required.
Two hearings were continued to July 27, 2026: 86 Linwood Street and 170 Mill Street, involving a proposed contractor building in the riverfront area.
