Gardner Conservation Commission defers Conant Street duplex hearing to June 8. The Notice of Intent for DEP#160-0683, filed by Matthew S. Marro Environmental Consulting on behalf of Partridge Properties for a duplex off Conant Street, continues after revision of site plans to move the structure outside the 60-foot no-build zone; Chair Greg Dumas and members required the applicant to add clearly defined stakes and fencing to protect the wetland buffer.
The Commission also extended two enforcement orders to June 22 for ongoing monitoring of plantings at 36 Nicolle Terrace and 282 Brookside Drive, both showing high survival rates, and discussed preliminary guidance for a change-in-scope well system at 827 Green Street requiring an amendment request.
