GARDNER — Council on Aging approves minutes and treasurer report. The Board unanimously accepted the Treasurer's Report for January 31, 2026, revealing General Fund year-to-date spending of $119,932.10 with a remaining balance of $92,453.11. Director Michael Ellis reported continued Waterford Street construction, including completed bathroom renovations, but flagged facility concerns including ice damming and deteriorated boiler system piping that may require a supplemental budget request.
Program participation continues to increase, with the FY26 state grant funds of $89,136 remaining unused at this time.
