Gardner Council on Aging approves treasurer's report with unanimous vote. Treasurer Terri Hillman reported the General Fund nearing fiscal year completion with outstanding purchase orders for food services and a generator purchase of $1,692, noting supplemental city appropriations will be necessary to offset deficits in repairs, maintenance, energy, and office supplies. The Gift Fund reported a current balance of approximately $101,593.91 with April donations totaling $2,250.
Director Michael Ellis presented a detailed 90-day relocation plan for the planned move to the Waterford Street facility, including moving contractor estimates, IT logistics, space planning, and interior design considerations.
