Gardner Redevelopment Authority · Meeting of June 30, 2026

Gardner Redevelopment Authority held a meeting dominated by a nearly two-hour closed session on land matters. Chair Tim Horrigan led the board through the Executive Session from 8:30 a.m. to 10:27 a.m. Upon returning to open session, City Planning Executive Director Jason Stevens reported that the Rear Main Project North is stalled, with progress blocked by an unsigned easement signature from Mass Ave.

Rentals that has been pending since early June. Two other projects, Rear Main Project South and Orpheum Park, had no updates. Horrigan was recognized for his service at his final meeting as a board member.

The board's next meeting is July 17 at 8:30 a.m.
