Gardner Conservation Commission continues three hearings, enforcement orders

GARDNER — The Conservation Commission continued three major wetland hearings and enforcement cases Monday evening, deferring all new determinations to future dates. A carport project at 31 Travers Street moved to March 9; a Walmart-backed fuel station and convenience store proposal at 677 Timpany Boulevard, involving work in multiple wetland buffer zones, continued to February 23. The long-pending contractor building project at 170 Mill Street, pending since September 2023, also advanced to March 9.

Agent Justin Enright reported on fire damage at 838 West Broadway and progress on two grant applications.
