Gardner records 10 deed transfers in past month, but most sale prices go undisclosed
Gardner recorded 10 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only three deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $25,480 to $427,500 with a median of $295,000. The top disclosed sale was a $427,500 transfer involving CrossCountry Mortgage LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. as buyers; at 39 Lennon St., CEMS Properties LLC sold to Harvey Apotheker for $295,000. Seven of the 10 recorded deeds, spread across streets including Kendall Pond Road, Maple Street and Temple Street, carried no disclosed price. With most transactions undisclosed, the available data offers only a partial picture of the month's market activity.
