Gardner Redevelopment Authority unanimously elected officers and confirmed Jason Stevens as executive director. Tim Horrigan takes the chair, with Judy Mack as vice-chair, Magnus Carlberg as clerk, and Jon Zlotnik as treasurer. The Authority advanced the Rear Main Project North toward its May 31 completion target, with approximately 2.4 million dollars remaining and underground primary wiring currently underway; business tie-ins are scheduled between late February and mid-April.
Two parcels at Summit Industrial Park — Lot 5 at 10 acres for 499,900 dollars and Lot 6 at 9.55 acres for 549,900 dollars — were approved for signage and marketing, with promotional materials prepared.
