Gardner Sales Data Shows Few Disclosed Prices Among 17 July Deeds
Gardner's registry recorded 17 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only three listed a sale price. Those three ranged from $25,000 to $80,000, with a median of $50,000. The period's top disclosed sale was 267 Pleasant St. at $80,000, sold by Dalton Brisbois and Emily Rayworth to GFA Federal Credit Union. Olde Colonial Drive saw two separate transfers on the same day. Many buyers and sellers across the 17 deeds were banks, credit unions or mortgage-servicing entities, and with 14 of 17 prices undisclosed, the data does not support broader conclusions about market conditions this period.
