Gardner Tests New Three-Way Stop at Park and Cottage Streets

GARDNER — Gardner officials are testing a new three-way stop at the intersection of Park and Cottage streets, according to a Gardner News report, while the town also pushed out its September yard waste schedule and Farmer's Market dates.

The town's September Yard Waste Pickup will run the week of September 1 through 4. Residents whose yard waste is not collected by the end of their scheduled day should call the EL Harvey Call Center within 48 hours to report it, at 1-800-321-3002.

The Gardner Farmer's Market returns to 62 Waterford Street on September 19 from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., with fresh produce, baked goods and treats, artisan wares and live music.
