Superintendent Bill Frank disclosed that the pump house's underground corrugated metal wet well has corroded due to sediment accumulation and improper original backfilling, requiring three repair options ranging from a plastic sleeve to a complete replacement estimated at roughly half a million dollars.
A second contractor quote is expected April 15, 2026.
