License Commission approves four liquor license applications and amendments.

GARDNER — The Gardner License Commission unanimously approved four liquor license applications and amendments. Chairperson Michael Fitzsimmons, Vice-Chair Nancy Binder, and Clerk Jennifer Barnes voted to grant Home Fruit Wine a seasonal Farmer Market License covering six dates from May through October 2026 for a $50 permit fee, and approved a One Day Liquor License for Moon Hill Brewing for an event on June 11, 2026 at Maki Corp. Amendments to the licenses for Hannaford Supermarket and South Gardner Hotel were approved and referred to the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission for final sign-off.

The Commission also reported the Sawa Asian Cuisine & Lounge license transfer remains pending with the ABCC after submission in April 2025, with the Clerk to provide a status update before the June 9 meeting.
