Nine Gardner Deeds Recorded, Just Four List a Sale Price
Nine property deeds were recorded in Gardner between July 24 and Aug. 22, 2026, all dated July 27. Only four listed a sale price, ranging from $762 to $245,160, with a median of $108,642 among those four. The top disclosed sale was a $245,160 transfer from Christopher Garcia and Zakayla Myli Akana to Navy Federal Credit Union, followed by a $215,500 sale at 6 Moran St. Several entries involved Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. as seller or Midland Funding LLC as buyer, patterns often tied to mortgage and debt transfers rather than traditional home sales. The remaining five deeds did not disclose a price.
