That figure serves as the period's only confirmed price point, low, high and median alike. Catherine Street had two sales, both without recorded prices. Seven of the 10 deeds listed a bank, credit union, mortgage servicer or housing agency as a party, including NexBank, Clinton Savings Bank and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. With price data available for just one transaction, the dataset does not support a broader read on whether Gardner's market was active or quiet during the period.
