Only one of 10 Gardner deeds recorded in past month disclosed a sale price
Ten property deeds were recorded in Gardner from July 10 to Aug. 8, but only one disclosed a sale price: $350,000 for 8 Nadeau St., sold July 13 to Nadeau Street Realty Trust. That figure serves as the period's only confirmed price point, low, high and median alike. Catherine Street had two sales, both without disclosed prices. Seven of the 10 deeds listed a bank, credit union, mortgage servicer or housing agency as a party, including NexBank, Clinton Savings Bank and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. With price data available for just one transaction, the dataset does not support a broader read on whether Gardner's market was active or quiet during the period.
