GARDNER — Planning Board approves GAAMHA site plan for 827 Green Street construction project. Chair Eric Flint and members Paul Cormier and Steve Cormier unanimously closed the public hearing and approved the site plan with conditions drafted by Director Jason Stevens after the applicant obtained Conservation Commission approval and revised proposed plans. In related business the Board voted unanimously to draft a letter documenting a Hubbardston Pond Expansion project for submission to MassDEP, declining to offer formal approval or objection since the project lies outside Gardner jurisdiction.

The Board also heard a preliminary presentation on FWP Realty Partners' Pearl Street Subdivision, proposing 46 dwelling units on 55 acres, and voted to continue review to February 10 to allow consideration of open space residential design options.
