GARDNER — Planning Board unanimously recommended favorable adoption of ordinance 1172 to relocate sign and advertising rules from the Zoning Code to a new non-zoning chapter. Chair Eric Flint led the April 14 meeting, where the board voted to advance the amendment to City Council following a joint hearing held earlier this month. The board also continued two site plan reviews to May 12: Stephen Seney's request to modify approved plans at 0 Emerald Street, pending Zoning Board approval of variances, and Boehler Engineering's Walmart fueling-station project at 677 Timpany Blvd.
City Engineer Rob Oliva confirmed all requested drainage and lighting plan updates had been provided for the fueling station.
