GARDNER — Planning Board scheduled March public hearings for Pearl Street subdivision and Emerald Street site plan modifications. FPW Realty Partners LLC proposed the Pearl Street project, a 46-unit open-space residential development with duplexes, reducing the proposed road by approximately 500 feet. The Emerald Street applicant requested building extension requiring Zoning Board approval before the Planning Board hearing on March 10.
Board members received an introduction to the Housing Production Plan, which will analyze housing needs and develop implementation strategies for diverse, affordable housing by June 30, 2026.
