Planning Board · Meeting of March 10, 2026

Gardner Planning Board scheduled an April 6 joint hearing to move the signs and advertising ordinance from the zoning code. The board appointed Eric Flint as chairman, Steve Cormier as vice-chairman, and Robert Swartz as treasurer, each by unanimous vote of eligible members. The board continued three applications to March 24: Steven Seney's site plan modification at 0 Emerald Street, The Heady Co.'s special permit for cannabis delivery operations at 4 LaChance Street, and FWP Realty Partners' preliminary site plan review on Pearl Street.

The Heady Co. application expands the existing cultivation and manufacturing special permit to include off-premise retail delivery, enabled by social equity certification from the Cannabis Control Commission.
