GARDNER — The Rear Main Project North is planned to begin September 9. Jason Stevens, City Planning Executive Director, presented an email from Fuss & O'Neill and UBL Construction. National Grid, Comcast, and Verizon must remove utility lines from poles on the property.
The first phase of utility removal is expected to take approximately six weeks, concluding October 21. A second phase of UBL Construction and Electric Company work is expected to require six weeks, with full project completion targeted for late November or early December.
