GARDNER — Zoning Board upholds permit extension, defers three major applications. The board unanimously extended Nanda Patil's special permit application for 69 Oak Street to the April meeting and granted continuances to Stephen Seney (0 Emerald Street, six-unit residential project requesting 10 variances) and John Gersienmlaver (63 Walnut Street, amended special permit for two-bedroom unit and additional parking), both pending more detailed engineering plans and formal written narratives. Chairman Raymond LaFond reported that City Solicitor Pusateri confirmed the Kinzer Drive special permit remains valid under the Permit Extension Act of 2024, despite an original December 31, 2025 expiration date.
