Gardner records 13 property transfers in September, but most sale prices still pending
Gardner recorded 13 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only two carry a posted sale price so far: $141,301 and $459,523, a range that puts the median at $300,412. The other 11 transactions show "price not yet available," the normal lag before the registry posts a figure. The top recorded sale, at an unlisted Gardner address, closed Sept. 8 for $459,523. Several deeds list mortgage companies as grantees, and six list grantors and grantees sharing a surname, suggesting trust, estate or family transfers. With most prices still pending, the data available does not yet support a read on whether the month favored buyers or sellers.
