Ten Gardner Property Transfers Recorded in Late August, Sale Prices Not Yet Available
Ten Gardner property transfers were recorded at the Worcester County Registry of Deeds on Aug. 21, the only recording activity in an otherwise quiet four-week period. No sale price was available for any of the ten as of this report, so a price range and median could not be calculated this month. The batch included a condominium unit on Pinewood Drive, three transfers restructuring ownership within the same family or into a trust, and three others naming mortgage-servicing entities as a party, more typical of a mortgage assignment than a homeowner sale. Pricing may become available in registry data in coming days.
