Gardner Records 17 Property Transfers as Most Sale Prices Await Registry Posting
Gardner's registry of deeds recorded 17 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only four carry a posted sale price so far, ranging from $8,538 to $58,100 with a median of $44,541. The top recorded sale was 103 Green St. at $58,100, sold by Rachel Fontaine. Rich Street and a pair of JAM Realty Trust LLC transfers on Mechanic and Main streets stood out as repeat patterns. With 13 of 17 transfers still awaiting price data, typically a matter of days at the registry, the period's overall market tone cannot yet be fully assessed from price alone.
